I had problems with one of my premium accounts on a shared server hosted by HostingRails. The server was overloaded by other accounts and slowed down so much it was impossible to access my applications, a simple ssh took almost a minute to complete.
When I noticed HostingRails about this issue I was assured my premium account will be upgraded to a VPS account without any loss in money and time. Since I don’t have the necessary skills to handle on my own a VPS account, the only solution left is to migrate my account to a faster server — which was done in no-time, promptly and elegantly by the support team.
